As we provide professional design and consultation services, no physical products are sold through this website.
Quotations
Requesting a quotation does not create a purchase agreement or payment obligation. A project begins only after the quotation has been accepted and confirmed by both parties.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected].
Cancellation requests are reviewed individually depending on the stage of the project.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered if:
- A service has been paid for but has not yet started.
- The cancellation request is received before any project work has commenced.
- Both parties mutually agree to cancel the project.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Completed consultation sessions.
- Design concepts, drawings, layouts, or planning documents that have already been prepared or delivered.
- Services that have been substantially completed.
- Work completed according to the agreed project scope.
Payment Method
We invoice all bookings. Payment is made by bank transfer after receiving your invoice.
This website does not process online payments or store payment card information.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original bank transfer details provided by the client. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
